Rachel joins Lewis Smith as our Business Growth & Development Director in July 2026, bringing over a decade of experience in banking, relationship management and supporting business growth across the Midlands.
Having grown up in the Black Country and worked across the region for over 20 years, Rachel has built a reputation for connecting people, identifying opportunities and helping businesses access the right support at the right time. She works closely with business owners and professional advisers, using her relationship-led approach to help businesses grow and succeed.
Alongside her client-facing role, Rachel has contributed to wider industry discussions around business growth, entrepreneurship and the support available to women in business, regularly speaking at events and collaborating with organisations across the professional services and financial sectors.
Rachel is proud to be part of Lewis Smith’s growth journey and is excited to continue supporting businesses and strengthening connections across the Black Country and wider region.
