We provide the following accounting services;

• Sole Traders/Partnerships
  We will be ready to guide you for upcoming changes for quarterly accounting for Making Tax Digital (MTD) Accounts can be produced monthly or quarterly to keep you up to date and to assist in the day-to-day running of your business. At all times valuable advice will be at hand. We will produce annual accounts for inclusion in your self assessment tax returns, or for any other financial reporting requirements (eg for banks, financiers).
• Limited Companies/Limited Liability Partnerships
  Accounts can be audited or non-audited depending on the size of your business, the company articles and any bankers / creditors requirements. Audited accounts will always give the user of the accounts greater reassurance – ask us about that service and additional cost.
  As well as management accounts prepared monthly or quarterly we can produce annual accounts in conformity with current reporting standards for directors/members and for filing with Companies House/HMRC each year.
• Social Clubs, Charities etc.
  These entities have specific reporting requirements. Lewis Smith & Co. can provide accounting services for any non-standard trading entity.
